The recent newsletter mentioned new peptide programs, but the update did not contain the full list. I am missing the following: Metabolism Boost (P) | Deep Sleep Support (P) | Skin Elasticity (P) | Immune Synergy (P) | Muscle Recovery (P) | Brain Focus (P) | Joint Vitality (P) | Stress Release (P).
Are these not available? Yes, I held down the Option key and clicked on Software Update, but the above ones do not come in.

Hi, I only ordered my Aha Halo yesterday and also yesterday downloaded the software. i do not see any peptide programmes at all. there is not even peptide category. is the content dependant on the location? (i am in Ireland) or did I downloaded outdated software? if so, where will i find the newest release with all the peptide programmes?
I am going to interject here with what has now happened to me, twice.
I have a few AhaHalos and have loaned them to friends. In both cases, I wanted them to get the Peptide updates. Like the earlier posts, I updated the databases, know I have the correct version, plug in the AhaHalo devices…and no peptides.
Like I said, this has now happened two different times. Both times with an AhaHalo that did not have any Peptide programs on it. Today when this happened I uninstalled and reinstalled repeatedly, even manually deleting old dll files, and nothing made a difference. And, yes, if I checked the version number it matched the version on the download I had made from the AhaHarmony website. All indications were I had the latest and greatest, but there were no peptides showing as programs to select.
Both times, when I took another AhaHalo that I own, which coincidentally DID have Peptide programs on it, and plugged in the AhaHalo with the AhaHalo app running, I would see the Update Popup window telling me all about the new programs, and the AhaHalo app on my Windows machine would FINALLY show the section of programs for JW Peptides. I have a ticket opened to talk to support about this, but I am putting this here also because it seems relevant to this thread.
Dear, you can download the peptide program in any area where you are.
How to Access
Connect your Aha Halo to the Computer.
Restart your Aha Halo software.
Find the new programs added to your library.
(If they don’t appear, press “Alt” (Windows) or “Option” (Mac) and click “Software Update” in the left menu.)
Note: You have to quit the software before running the installer for a new version. The update will fail, and the software may not work if you ignore the warning.

Appears you are on Windows. With the Halo attached, open the SW, then hold down the Alt key and click on “Software Updates”. That solved the issue for Windows (I’m on Mac, so I hold down the Option key.)
So, I am curious.
I admit that, when troubleshooting, I tried selecting the “Software Update” option. And…nothing happened.
Just now, on a version of the AhaHalo app that already has the peptides successfully installed and I know I have the latest version of the software I
Simply selected “Software Update” and I got the popup “No Updates Found” since my AhaHalo app was already up to date.
Then, following the instructions to use “Alt + Software Update” I got a message about a “Database Upgrade” listing all the newer programs that were added when I updated this version of the AhaHalo app when the peptide updates first came out.
It appears that using the “Alt” key may give the “last known update message”? That may be a great indication to know that yes, the app has the latest and greatest programs, but add to the frustration if they still are not showing in the app?
I have the AhaHalo app on a few computers and most are not up to date. I tried another one this morning, with no AhaHalo connected to the computer and it was a “textbook” update. Fast, simple, beautiful.
I have one more computer I rarely put on the internet. I can try updating that one, with an AhaHalo attached, and see how it goes. I will ensure I only have non peptide programs on my AhaHalo device when I do that.
