Hi! I was so excited to receive my Aha Halo device yesterday. I’m wondering how often everyone is running programs? And if it’s best to run the same one over and over again, or if doing one after the other works well. Should I be taking breaks due to any frequency fatigue? Thank you, Meghan

Hi friend, you can try different sleep programs. Then keeping running one which you feel better. Yes, please take a rest when you feel tired. Hope it helps.

I am fairly new and ran my program all night and then all day after rechargin and the improvement I experienced was amazing. I ran it for “joint discomfort”. I now keep it with me at work and run a program while at work and then I run it again at night. I change up the programs depending on what I need at that time. I am so glad I made this investment.
