I’m curious about the cycle times, and what is their significance. If the scalar is delivering a frequency or frequencies, are those static or dynamic? If static why is there such a variety of program times? If they are dynamic over the course of the programs what determines the length of a program?
I’m guessing that the length of the program is determined by the amount of frequencies within it. John White has shared that a single program can hold up to 10,000 frequencies.
Aha combines Scalar energy field and frequencies. Different programs contain different frequencies, so the running time of the program is different. In addition, for different symptoms, the recommended running time is different.
Thank you! This is good to know… Does that mean it’s better not to let some programs cycle through too many times? Is it ok to interrupt a program to change to a different one, or better to let it finish?
I had this same question. For example, if a program is half of the way through for a second time and you end it, was the second ‘half’ run a waste of time? or still beneficial?
We understand your concerns. While programs can be interrupted to switch to others, even if a program is stopped halfway through, you’ve still received some therapeutic benefits from the frequencies.
For acute conditions, wear the device all day until you see improvements. For chronic issues, it may take longer to notice changes. Turn off the device at night, except when using sleep programs, to let your body recover naturally. Our goal is for you to achieve well - being without relying on external aids someday.
You could just listen to your body to ajust the running time. Thank you.
