Run program on repeat?

Hi!

Is it ok to run program on repeat? Or would it be risky to be to much for the body?

Another question is if its ok to break in middle of a program?

Some programs is just 7-8 minutes long, and some programs are many hours long, therefore I ask the question :slight_smile:

Hi! I’m also new here, but I listened as John said that it’s ok to stop the program halfway and that the program can be run 24/7; that’s how he runs Young Body (P). He explained that it’s like a sponge; once it’s filled with water you can’t put more water in it. That way if we get to “full” nothing will happen, but it won’t be bad either. But he explained that with the Young Body program that won’t happen anyway; that program encourages our cells to self-renew.
