I’ve had my Aha Halo for a few weeks now and it was working just fine. Last week after charging it it wouldn’t stay on after pressing the button for it to come on. Then after a couple of minutes it completely shut down and I haven’t been able to turn it on. I’ve emailed the support time 3 times already and no one has contacted me about this issue. What do I do?
