Use of Energy Pathways

I Have just started using the AHA Halo. I need some help with use of Energy Pathways.

What sequence?

How often per day?

Should I take a break between programs?

Sequence and Frequency

  1. Begin with one main Pathway and add 2–3 supporting programs if you like.

  2. Run your program once per day at a consistent time. This helps your body settle into a steady rhythm.

  3. Stick with the same Pathway for 1–2 weeks before changing, especially if you’re just starting.

Timing

  1. You can follow the body clock rhythm (using the 2-hour window when that Pathway is naturally most active).

  2. Or simply choose a moment when your body is most relaxed—such as before bed, during a nap, or after meditation. That’s often when you’re most receptive.

Breaks Between Programs

There’s no need for long breaks. Just give yourself a little space—enough to stay comfortable and relaxed—between running different programs. The key is not to rush; the goal is flow, not speed.
