Use while on charge

Hi. I use while on charge but it then is very slow charging. Fast charging, Halo must be off.

Is it OK to charge plugging into the wall

I usually charge my Halo using my computer but that is not always convenient. I see that some people have a battery bank that they use. Is it OK to charge it using the cable that came with it and a phone wall block?
