I recieved my aha halo a few days ago and it’s been running non stop. But I can’t feel anything? I’ve tried the detox heavy metal program, lymphatic drainage, sleep program, feel good. My sleep was unchanged, I did not feel any side effects of the heavy metal detox - but I do feel the spooky2 remote heavy metal detox? And other spooky2 remote programs. I assumed the aha halo would provide noticable sensations in the body, more so than the spooky2 remote, but it does not in my case. I don’t feel any better with the feel good program, and nothing helped for my intrusive thoughts. Do anyone else feel anything while using their aha halo? Do I have too high expectations for this device?
