What program for teeth ?

Can you tell me the difference between the two dental programs: Tooth and Gum Discomfort / Tooth and Gum Wellness?
What experiences have you had with cavities?
Thank you in advance.

Hi Sabine,

Thank you so much for your question — we’re happy to clarify the difference between the two programs!

:small_blue_diamond: Tooth and Gum Discomfort
This program is designed to support oral comfort by addressing tooth and gum sensitivity.
It’s ideal if you occasionally experience tenderness, sensitivity to temperature, or general gum discomfort.
:small_blue_diamond: Tooth and Gum Wellness
This program focuses on daily oral and gum care — helping maintain balance and comfort as part of your regular wellness routine.

As for experiences with cavities, while Aha Halo programs are not a replacement for dental treatment.

If you’re currently experiencing active tooth pain or cavities, we do recommend continuing professional dental care — and using Aha Halo as a gentle complementary support for overall wellbeing.

Hope this helps you find the best program for your needs!

Warm regards,
The Aha Harmony Support Team

I had a dentist’s cavity treatment recently. After that I began using the tooth and gum discomfort program, running a couple of cycles. The relief of pain and discomfort worked directly. So I got rid of the inconvenient effects which went along with the dental treatment, immediately.

Now I wanted to share my experience, or better put my “aha-moment”. I don’t use social media like fb or insta or any of this and I don’t want to. So where can I upload my video message?

kind regards

Marc
