I would like to request the possibility of adding custom programs, just as it was possible with Spooky2, and even the option to include our own independent database — especially if there continues to be such secrecy around Aha Halo’s internal database.
One of the things that surprised me the most about this new product is the significant change in access to programs: before, we could access thousands upon thousands of them, and we also had the freedom to create our own. Now, I’m not even sure if there are 100 available, and it seems we can only use what is officially allowed.
I deeply miss the freedom and flexibility we had before. I believe it would be extremely valuable to bring that functionality back — especially considering these new updates where programs are removed without any apparent justification.
Hi Aelara,Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback regarding the Aha Halo product. We truly appreciate your honesty and understand your concerns about the limitations on custom programs and the reduced access compared to Spooky2.
We sincerely apologize that, at present, the Aha Halo does not support the addition of custom programs. We know how much value and flexibility the ability to create and access a wide range of programs brought you in the past, and we share your disappointment.
However, please rest assured that we are actively working on expanding our program offerings to meet the varied needs and expectations of our users.
If you have any programs you particularly want to add, you can give us feedback and we will collect your feedback as a reference for future expansions.
We appreciate your patience and continued support during this process.
If you have any other suggestions or questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Our email is support@ahaharmony.com. We will further assist you.
