Did you contact the support team directly with this issue? It would be good if you could send them a screenshot together with a short description.
What is your screen resolution? The application demands a minimum resolution of 800 x 700 pixels, but maybe the developer team has to take special care of window sizes and positioning in the case of very small displays.
If the icons appear to be non-operational, there could be an issue with WebView2 on your computer. You could either try to (re)install it from Microsoft directly or change the preferences of the application to use the system’s browser.
