My device won't connect to the software

Hi there. can anyone help with connecting my device to the software. I have updated to the latest version but my halo won’t show up. even after uninstalling and re installing.

Could you add a bit more information please? What platform are you running halo on? What system?
If on macOS and you have an extension dock attached, some of them sometimes cut the ports and it usually suffices to switch to a different USB port to revive them.
Do you see halo as a USB device in Mac system information or Windows device list? If not, try to change the cable and/or reset your computer.
Do you have different USB devices attached to your computer? Try to disconnect them temporarily.
If nothing helps, send a program log to the IT team so they can investigate your issue.
