My device won't connect to the software

Please kindly review the thread below, which has helped select people experiencing halo connectivity issues.

Halo device not working

My Halo device is not working all of a sudden, and I’ve tried everything I can think of, using the manual, and switching to different computers and unplugging, replugging the cables, even reset the device, but still all i get is-- no Halo connected. I’ve been using this for weeks now with no problems, but just today this happens. Any advice for me, anyone?
