Software Update with JW Petide does not work

I just installed the new update with JW Peptide on apple but it still does not work. I can see the Buttons to change between standard and JW peptide, but it is the same and the Peptides are not available. Also the language can’t be changed. Please help!

Did you make sure your computer has internet connection and no firewall is blocking the app from reaching the server?
