Aha Halo stuck on Firmware Update – Windows Recovery Tool Required

My Aha Halo has been stuck on the “Firmware update” screen for 4 days.

I purchased the Halo after July 25, 2025.

I am using the original USB cable supplied by Aha. Windows detects the device correctly as:

Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge (COM3)

The Aha software previously displayed:

Connection to halo was lost
Exception RuntimeException -1000
Timeout 2

I have already attempted the recovery procedure, but the Halo remains stuck on the Firmware Update screen.

Please send me the latest Windows firmware recovery/flash tool and the exact recovery instructions for the post-July 25, 2025 Halo.

This error can happen if the firmware update was interrupted. If your Aha Halo screen is showing “Firmware Update,” please keep the device connected to your Windows computer and ignore the connection/error message in the software.

Click the Firmware Update button in the Aha software several times until the update progress begins.
