Could you let me know how the device got stuck in firmware update mode? Understanding the steps leading to this issue will help us to prevent it for other clients.
It literally posted the message when I tried to charge it. I only saw it the next day. It didn’t make any sense since it was not connected to any computer. Just to a regular charging cable.
