It literally posted the message when I tried to charge it. I only saw it the next day. It didn’t make any sense since it was not connected to any computer. Just to a regular charging cable.

Thank you for the information. After verification, we found that holding here while plugging in the USB cable puts Halo into firmware update mode.
So please don’t hold this ear when you plug in the USB cable.
It does the same thing. It’s stuck in Firmware Update mode. I just press it otherwise the screen is black
Did you try to update the firmware with the app and it failed?
Are you on Windows? If so and the device will show this message when you turn it on without holding any button, you should download the firmware update tool and run it on halo to reinstall the firmware.
