Wanted to share some surprising feedback after using the good sleep II program for three-four weeks. From the very first night, my sleep improved overall—I slept through the night after many weeks of fitful, broken sleep. After about two weeks, I had a couple of stressful days and I woke up at night. I ended up sleeping 5 hours instead of my regular 7-8 hours. But still, the following morning, I had no hangover from lack of sleep—no irritability, headache or drowsiness. This lack of hangover has been consistent on the nights when I haven’t slept fully.
The second feedback is that I’ve noticed that my earlier dreams which had a lot of anxiety, and sadness, have been replaced with more dreams in which happy scenarios play out. I wake up smiling and blessing others. I don’t know how this device works but it does! ![]()
