The sleep programs are incredible, and the data proves it

I’ve been using my Aha Halo for several months now, and I’ve been tracking certain metrics with my Apple Watch and Oura ring. On the nights that I forget to bring my halo to bed, my sleep metrics drastically change. This is not something that psychosomatic. When I forgot to bring it with me to bed, I don’t realize it until the next morning. I will see it when I get up where it’s usually sitting charging. That’s when I look at my sleep metrics and realize that there’s a severe deficit to back up my feeling of fatigue. Although I enjoy using my halo for a lot of different things, I feel like it’s worth the purchase price for sleep alone!

What sleep program do you use

I’m using Sleep III, but as I understand it the programs are different for each person. I would recommend trying each one until you find which one works best for you.

I totally agree - especially the peptide-version. I have a 7 year old son who woke up every night between 3 - 5 times and I had to wake up too. The regular sleep programme (no. 1) improved this but the effect of the peptide-version is unbelievable: after one week using it he wakes up only once a night to go to the toilet. It is a great improvement of my life and sleep quality.

Dear Antithesis, I am curious as what specific metrics or areas you found the deficit(s) that explained the fatigue. Would you be so kind to share more details, please?

The metrics that explain it are duration of sleep (the obvious one), amount of deep sleep, and amount of REM sleep. For me, 7:30 minutes of sleep at least with over 1 hour of deep and 2 hours of REM sleep is my sweet spot. When I don’t use my halo, I get as little as 30 minutes of deep sleep, and 1:15 hours of REM sleep.
