Hi, i just got the aha halo and have tried Good Sleep (P) peptide, my sleep was terrible, it was worse than i had in a long time, then tried regular Good Sleep II, was only normal, nothing improved. I tried Delta but feel nothing difference as nothing. I have a smartwatch with fairly accurate sleep tracking, i keept the Aha halo on my night table next to my bed an also tried under pillow.
What i need is more deep sleep as its as low as between 15 min and up to 50min and way to much light sleep.
I am disappointed as i read others have sucsess, what is your different experiences and recommendations?
