I got my ahaHalo approx. one week ago.
Little bit more then one year ago I faced a burnout w. depression, got diagnosed with AuDHD which explained a lot to me.
My whole life I faced chronical pain and bad sleep.
I was thinking of getting a Spooky2 but money was the problem why I couldn’t. 3 autistic kids and a possible job switch with a lower salary would not allow me to spend money for something else then food and bills.
When I saw that the ahaHalo is half the price of a spooky2 I had to take one.
I’m not sure yet what I think of all the programs, but I’d like to tell you what I experienced with my sleep.
After my burnout rehab I ordered a Whoop Tracker. It measures 24/7 Strain, Stress and Recovery. I really like how accurate it tracks my sleep and occuring stressing events during the day.
As thought the whoop device measured how bad my sleep really was. My recovery was mostly
around 50% or lower. I was happy to have one green day a week. And that’s also what I felt in the morning. It was like looking in the mirror.
I’m telling you this all, to give the following data credibility.
I was running Good Sleep II the first night, without any effect. Was tired in the morning like always, had a rough night.
For the following nights I switched to Good Sleep III. After waking up I felt much more recovered despite the whoop not really showing a difference in recovery.
Because i felt so good I sticked to the program and run it each night.
I had 5 green nights in a row! If I had green nights before, it was because of heavy medication which numbed me.
I can’t tell for sure, that ahaHalo was the reason for the huge improvement in sleep recovery, but I did not change anything else then running ahaHalo the whole night.
I’m curous if the improvements will stay or go away again but I will keep you updated.
Until now I would still love to have a Spooky2, since it has more possibilities IMHO. But I love the ahaHalo.
