In the database figure is 10 minutes 50 seconds, now it is 30 hours, 1 minute and 21 seconds. What is correct and why the difference?

In the latest version of the Aha software, the time for the Figure program is still showing as 10 minutes and 50 seconds. If what you’re seeing is different, could you please share a screenshot? We’ll be happy to report it to our engineers for further investigation.

Hi Penny, I wish I could take a screenshot, but here’s what I did. I selected Figure on the Halo and was startled to see the 30+ hours as the time. Since I was running out the door, I just let it run. When I returned home, I turned off the Halo, turned it back on and Figure was still reading 30+ hours. That’s when I posted to the forum and FB. I opened the SW on my laptop, and checked the time for Figure which of course read as 10:50. I wish I had taken a photo of my Halo with that 30+ hours time, but I was intent on solving the mystery. I attached my Halo to my computer, kicked on the software, deleted Figure from the Halo, then re-installed. It now is reading the correct time. If anything like that occurs again, I will be sure to take a screenshot. I hope I have provided you with enough info to help, but this was an odd one, because I have used Figure before with the correct time several times showing. Just suddenly it changed.
@ahaharmonyofficial Penny: Continuing on this thread with an identical issue with Memory. Just noticed today that Memory has set itself to run for 6 seconds. Here is the screen shot of this in “my halo“. And it really does run just 6 seconds when engaged!
Wow! Looks like I’m not the only one experiencing this odd glitch! It is going to be challenging trying to track the oddity when it happens if the time is not as glaring as the 30+ hours for Figure, or what @hermanmichael shows as 6 seconds. Heads up everyone, take notice and please report oddities like this to the team so they can properly troubleshoot.
Thank you very much for your feedback. May I know the time was changed to 6 seconds after loading to My Halo? It’s already 6 seconds in the Physical Wellbeing category in the app.

SW version 1.3.1(1.3.1.255). Please send email so I can send log files. The AHA SW now reads correct, it did before as well. It was on the Halo itself that the time actually changed, not in the software.
