I have installed the update with Fascial Support (P), Sciatica Support (P), Respiratory Ease (P)
When I connect the Halo, the software reads it.
When it gets to 30/30 - It THEN says Halo not connected.

I have opened the software again, at which point it did another update (even though I’m on a pc and not a mac)

You do not write which version was installed. But the timeouts you mention sound like an outdated version of the driver necessary to talk to halo could be installed on your system. The update information says to run the installer instead the update if you experience issues. It will install the most recent driver. Did you try this?
Seeing as how it updated again, AND whenever I try to open the software I get the popup (the white one).. I cannot see anything at all in there, as it will not open. There was no “download” outside the software.
If you can provide a link to the latest drivers, that would be great - then once I’m home tonight I can try that.
You could try to run the installer which should update the driver automatically or get the driver from the suppliers’ site. Please note the Windows universal driver does not come with an executable installer; you have to right click the file and select “Install” instead.

I DID run the installer - same message.

Dear, perhaps we could start by looking at the hardware side of things. We can check to see if you are using the original Aha Halo cable. Additionally, you might try switching to a different USB port. Some users have successfully resolved the issue using these methods.
