I installed the software on both a Windows 11 and a Windows 10 computer. The software does not work on either of them. The screen opens briefly and then everything disappears.
Install new software, run as admin, don’t work. Please help out.

Aha Halo software is supported on Windows 10 and newer, and the official installer should be downloaded from our software page.
If your version is below 2.0.1.318, this kind of issue may happen on some older builds, so we recommend updating to the latest version from our official software download page and trying again.
