Went through the updates. Uninstalled, reinstalled, added the driver and still had connection issues. I noticed that the end piece on the data cable sent with my Halo was fitting loosely, more loosely than what I had experienced in the past, so I bought another adapter that took the USB A end and turned it int USB C for my Mac. Viola! It works again.
If you’re experiencing connection issues, I would recommend you invest in a couple of these end pieces. They’re pretty cheap on Amazon. The one you get with the Halo is not the best quality. When I looked closer at the adapter, I could see a very fine hairline crack in the plastic.
Just a thought. . .

You’re welcome. May I kindly suggest the company reconsider the source for your adapters or perhaps offer consumers an option for the type of cable they would prefer for their kit. The current, included adapters are very low quality. This is the adapter I purchased. The difference is night and day. the provided adapters do not work at all. Neither for me, nor my Mac friends. I have an Apple adapter that works perfect.
So sorry you and your Mac friends had problems.
My husband has a Mac and the adapter that came with our Aha-Halo works perfectly.

Hi Skasztan, Everything seems to be working well. I’m wondering that difference it is that you’re noticing. Thanks.
