What does the Syncing Cable look like?

I uploaded programs when I first got the device and haven’t done anything since then, months ago. Now I want to sync it again for the second time. It says to use the syncing cable that came with the device. I have so many USB-C cables. I can’t remember which one came with the device. Is it a thick, white cable that’s about 6.5 feel long or is it a white cable that’s about 3 feet long, or does it look like something else?

Dear, the original Aha Halo cable looks something like this. The cable length is 1 meter.

Okay, Great! Thank you.

As well the cable is a braided cable, not plastic. And it clicks in to the Halo and is tight and will not easily dislodge. If you use any other generic USB-C cable, even just to charge the Halo, it will easily fall out of the port and will not stay seated. I’m not really keen on proprietary accessories. I think the cord needs to be longer, 3ft is kinda short. I’d prefer a 6ft option, so not being able to use an everyday USB-C cord is annoying.

Dear, thank you for your suggestion. I will forward your suggestion to the relevant department.:smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
