Connecting HALO to windows desktop

Has anyone else connected your HALO to your desktop and had all your programs deleted?

Hi, we haven’t received other reports like this so far. It may be that the Aha software has not fully finished reading the programs from the device yet.

If your Halo is still working normally, we’d suggest reloading the software first and checking again.

The first thing I did was delete and reinstall the app, no change.

I was able to reload my programs and the Halo seams to be working just fine but there is something not right going on.
