What exactly do you mean with not being able to download it again?

Reboot your computer first and see if your AHA software icon shows up again. Sometimes, when you update the Aha software, you have to download the latest version directly from the Ahaharmony.com website. Look at the top menus. Then go to your computer’s “downloads” file to run / execute the newest software version. For some people, you also have to close the Aha program and then restart it. For some users, the software program updates easily when they open the software and click on “software update”. I guess it depends on your computer and browser. I hope this helps you.
Hi, sorry about that. A few quick things to try:

Restart your computer and open the Halo app again.

Check whether the app was accidentally uninstalled. If so, please download and install the latest version again from our software page.

If the app opens and then disappears, try running it as Administrator.

Make sure any older version is fully closed before reinstalling.

If needed, temporarily disable VPN/security software and try again.
