Tried to install latest SW update. There was one previous, but I chose the latest. Could not install got an error. Tried the previous version, but couldn’t install that either. Halo was connected, programs displayed. Also tried without Halo connected with no success.

Tried again today with no success-with either Halo connected or not. “An error occurred”. I am currently running version 1.3.3 (265). It shows there is version 1.3.3 (266) as well as 1.3.4 (268). Neither will install.

Same here, though my currently installed version is different. I’m on a Macbook. My Aha Halo was glitching before this. I did a reset, and it seems to work now. But I can’t update.
I ended up deleting the app and downloading the current copy from the aha harmony website. If you are on a Mac, do not just drag the app to the trash. When an app is installed there are bits and pieces in hidden folders in the Mac so use a free SW like App Cleaner or App Delete. Then when you download a fresh copy of the app, do NOT “run the installer”. That is for PCs. Not necessary on a Mac.

I suggest you solve the problem by simply deleting the SW and re-downloading for your device. It will be the easiest way to go.
I don’t disagree but we need the AHA Team to correct the software updates!
